CSV Converter
Mass Importing

The attendince app was designed to pick up where Jotform left off after registering students, so that's why there is a specific CSV Converter to be able to import and add hundreds of students at once. If you're using another software or platform to collect registration, just export your student data in this same format or you can do it manually using Excel, Numbers, etc. and save the file as a CSV.
When exporting names and grades from Jotform (or if you are preparing a CSV file yourself), make sure the CSV file is exported in the format First,Last,Grade with a new name on each line.
Simply upload that CSV file on the CSV Converter page and you will get the contents in the correct form ready to be copy/pasted on the Add Students page. Uploading the file and converting does not update the app with those names automatically. This page just readies the data for you so you can double check spelling, capitalization, etc. first and then you need to copy/paste into the Add Students manually. This will help insure you get a chance to make sure everything is correct with your list of students before adding potentially hundreds of students at once. (For example, the CSV Converter doesn't strip column headers from your CSV file if you have any, so you'll want to delete the first row after the conversion to prevent FIRST LAST /GRADE from being input as a student.)
