Filter by grade and view any student's history

In/Out Status

The All Students page displays a table with an alphabetical list of all of your active students (more on "active" later). Rows for students who are currently checked in are shaded green with a green "In" label and students checked out (including those with no activity) are shaded red with a red "Out" label.

You can filter students by Grade using the dropdown at the top of the page. The table will dynamically display only the selected grade without reloading the page.

Clicking on any student's name will display a popup modal that lists all Checkin and Checkout dates and times. Since a student cannot checkin if they are already checked in (the same for checking out), every checkout on the right will correspond to the checkin event to its left. If a student has no checkin events yet, no data will show.

If you view this on a smaller screen (like an iPhone in portrait orientation), checkin times are stacked on top of checkout times. Try rotating to landscape mode if that's not helpful to you.

Simply click/tap the X or outside of the popup to close the window.
