A Simple, User-Friendly, Checkin App

The attendince app was designed to be a simple to use, straightforward way to keep track of when students checkin and checkout. The misspelling is on purpose because it's a pun and spelling it correctly would cost a lot more money if I wanted to buy that domain name. The app replaces the time-consuming preparing, organizing, and printing of hard copy sign-in sheets. It makes it easy for you to at a glance view all of the students who are checked in and see who didn't show up. It makes it easy to sort how many kids in a particular grade are there. And it makes looking back at who was there and when a breeze.

It's Simple

The features are minimal. On purpose. The attendince app is not meant to replace your registration, user-filled forms, a full student record, liability waivers, CRM software, payments, etc. The purpose of the app is simple: let students checkin and checkout onsite.

As the admin, you can track the complete in/out activity of each student with timestamps down to the second, easily see who is currently checked in, filter your students by grade, add new students, and control which students are able to checkin.

This is a web-based app so you can use it on any device or browser. But the main student interface works really well as an iPad app as explained in the next section.
